Intuitive Decision Making

WHAT WE COVER:

Decision making that is aligned with our true self does not come from a pro and con list or doing tons of research. It comes from connecting with our intuition. And when we use our intuition to decide, we're taking a heart and soul-based approach as opposed to a mental one.

This is contrary to popular opinion. Often when making decisions, the heart is shrugged off, and it is replaced with logic and rationale. And yes, logic is important, but it is a supporting character. Our heart is meant to lead the decision process.

When we decide from the heart, we're not talking about relying purely on emotions to tell us what to do. Instead, we're dropping into ourselves and connecting with our inner wisdom, that soul guidance inside. This is where we decide from a place that is aligned with ourselves.

In this episode, you'll get details on what this can look like and some ideas you can apply to strengthen your own connection with that inner wisdom so you can call upon it when it comes time to make decisions.
