Purpose and Career are NOT Synonymous

Purpose is not synonymous with career.

We need to stop using these words interchangeably! Because when we view them as the same thing, we create so much pressure on our career. Pressure that suffocates. That makes us so serious we have no fun. That sucks away our joy.

This is the opposite of why we are here.

So let's create a career supportive of our purpose, without seeing it as the purpose itself.

In this episode, I share the signs for when you are confusing career with purpose. Knowing these signs will help you release some of the unnecessary rules you've put on yourself for how your career is "supposed to" look and who you actually are.

Then, I dive into specific actionable steps you can take now so that you stop making career the end-all-be-all and instead use it to support your purpose (not replace it!).
