It does so through giving you specific videos, workbooks, and action steps to complete each week.
You'll learn how to trust yourself by using the trust triad to build your self belief and access your confidence.

Stop waiting for trust to come to you. Stop making it contingent on time or an arbitrary threshold. And start embracing it now. This course shows you how.

Know how to create change:
Change is a process. When we know the process, we can change our beliefs and how we do our work. We'll go in detail on what this process is and how to apply it.
Understand the Self Trust Equation
Learn to trust yourself by applying 3 key components that make up the Self Trust Equation. When we have all elements in this equation used together, we create a deep inner security that needs no validation.
Stop the Inner Judger
We don't have to fight our inner judger. There are ways we can approach the inner judger that can help us, not tear us down. Let's create a new relationship with the judging part of us so that the judger becomes an ally, not an enemy.
Stop Being Yourself Up
We don't have to get stuck in the judgment spiral. Practice stopping yourself mid-spiral and build a new habit for how to approach yourself when you're in this space.
Create Solutions and Problem Solve
We can use our "what-if-ing" contingency planning as a strength that helps us create solutions. It doesn't have to keep us stuck. It can help us forward.
Take Ownership Without Blame
Know the difference between ownership and blame and take responsibility in a way that supports you. Use failure and setbacks for growth so that you can keep your momentum.

There are approx. 40 videos, adding up to about 10 hours of instructional material based in psychology. You also get 12 workbooks, one for each week, to make the content come to life. It is designed so you are building your self trust as you go. 12 weeks later, and you’re more connected to yourself than ever before because you know how to be there for you and stand with you.
