You've been doing this throughout the weeks, and by intentionally calling out this process in this video, it will help you see the process more clearly. When you know the process, it's everything. Because then you can continually apply it, and continually step into stronger, deeper self confidence. Again and again and again.

Using Movement to Feel
The way we move, sit, stand, tells us how we're feeling. And we can use those movements, our posture, the way we move, to influence how we feel. Because as we move and stand, we have thoughts (whether we're aware of those thoughts or not). Those thoughts can reinforce our stance, or do the opposite. This video offers a tool for how we can feel the way we are feeling so that those emotion's move through us. And we can use it to help us feel how we want to feel by using how we move our body as signals to our mind for how we want to feel
