Increasing Self Confidence
We can use our discomfort to create more self confidence. This doesn't mean we'll absolutely love when we feel uncomfortable. But it does mean we can start using discomfort for us. We can find a way to look forward to the discomfort, even, because we know it means we're growing. This video explains how.
