You have the right to be self confident.
Because self confidence is our natural state. When we strip away all of the conditioning society puts on us and we get to the core of who we are - that energetic soul within - we are confident.
That core of us knows its worth. It sees its value. It has nothing to prove. No need to hide. That soul inside is always there and already confident.
All we need to do is tap back into it.
Insecurity comes from conditioning.
Feeling insecure, unworthy, or insignificant isn't a personal trait. It's also not something to shame ourselves for. Because being insecure isn't something you're born with. It's something we're taught based on our surroundings.
Low self esteem is learned.
Parental figures, advertisements, TV shows, influential people - they all teach us how we "should" be. And if how we are doesn't match what these inputs tell us is the "right way" then our brain gets uncomfortable. It doesn't like discrepancy. And so in that moment, we make a choice. We assume something must be wrong because the pieces don't look like they're adding up. We make that mean either what we've been told isn't right, or we're not right.
When the truth is, there is no right. Because we are each unique beings and when we try to put ourselves in the box society constructed for us, we trap ourselves in someone else's vision of who we're supposed to be instead of being tapped into who we are.

Day 1: Choosing Trust. Learn where trust comes from and how to cultivate it for yourself, now.
Day 2: Self Confident You. Learn NLP practices designed to get you reconnected to your self confidence today.
Day 3: Comparing to Others. Understand how to use comparison for you instead of it tearing you down.
Day 4: Reversing the Spiral. Get out of self sabotaging thought/feeling spirals and instead shift into helping yourself forward.
Day 5: The Case for Trust. Help yourself uncover why you should trust you and how you already can. The evidence is there. This day will help you see it.
Day 6: Trust Reflection. Gain insights from the week's exercises so you can solidify your self trust.
Day 7: Rest & Bonus. Rest day allows you to integrate the lessons learned so that they become a part of you. This is also your chance to enjoy bonus content and coaching resources to help Week 1's concepts come to life!

Day 8: Know Your Wants. Learn techniques for uncovering what you want so that you can shape your career to fulfill them.
Day 9: Living Your Purpose. Help yourself get connected to your purpose and live from it with confidence.
Day 10: Subtle Soul Speak. Learn to hear your soul's desires so that you can confidently connect to your wants and bring them into your work.
Day 11: Decisions from the Heart. It's time to make decisions that align with what you want! This is key to doing soul-filled confident work.
Day 12: Forming Opinions. Understand how to form your own opinions so that you can share them at work.
Day 13: Wants Reflection. Gain insights from the week's exercises so you can solidify your wants and make decisions based on them.
Day 14: Rest & Bonus. Rest day allows you to integrate the lessons learned so that they become a part of you. This is also your chance to enjoy bonus content and coaching resources to help Week 2's concepts come to life!

Day 15: Move Through Resistance. Learn what blocks us from moving forward and techniques for how to move through the discomfort so you can take action.
Day 16: A New Recipe for Willpower. Stop depleting yourself by relying on willpower alone and learn new techniques to create momentum that is sustainable.
Day 17: Release Blocks Using the Body. Let go of the tensions and emotional trauma that can get trapped in the body so you can tap back into the self confidence at the core of it all.
Day 18: Respecting the Mind. The mind can support our soul's mission, when we let it, so this day will teach you how to do so.
Day 19: Having a Voice. Learn to express yourself with self confidence at work by sharing your thoughts and speaking up.
Day 20: Resistance Reflection. Gain insights from the week's exercises so you can move through resistance and use discomfort to cue you in how you want to move forward.
Day 21: Rest & Bonus. Rest day allows you to integrate the lessons learned so that they become a part of you. This is also your chance to enjoy bonus content and coaching resources to help Week 3's concepts come to life!

Day 22: Creating Space for Confidence. Know the signs of confidence vs. arrogance and humility vs. insecurity so that you can own your confidence without feeling guilty about it.
Day 23: The Journaling Soul. Reconnect with your innate wisdom so that you can truly hear yourself and honor your wants.
Day 24: Body Confidence. Love your body and use it to lift you up as you honor its purpose.
Day 25: Trusting Others. Create trust that extends beyond yourself so you can genuinely connect with others.
Day 26: Trusting the Universe. Release yourself from impossible expectations so you can allow the Universe to support you in your endeavors.
Day 20: Self Confidence Reflection. Gain insights from the week's exercises so you can be confident and connected to your true self, that soul within. Use it to create a sense of ease and trust as you navigate your day to day with connection and grounding.
