Make Your Complaint Work For You
Your complaint doesn't have to hold you back.
Instead of keeping you anxious or feeling small or frustrated, you can get the complaint to work for you. You can turn your complaint into your mission forward, to help you become and embrace more of you.
This 5-min video shares more.
Create the Energy You're Wanting
Sometimes the words we speak communicate one thing, but the energy behind them communicates another.
This can happen with positive affirmations. When we try to force a positive affirmation, saying the words, without conjuring the energy, it doesn't create the effect we want.
Because the energy isn't there. And saying more words won't get us what we want if we just get frustrated in the process. Instead we need to help ourselves access the energy we are wanting.
This 5-minute video explains and offers quick ideas for creating the energy you're wanting.
Hit "Pause" to Stop People Pleasing
People pleasing is reactionary.
We are in a situation, and before we even check in with ourselves to know what we want, we blurt out a "yes," or we nod our head in agreement, or we do what we think they want us to do, without ever checking in with ourselves to see what we want.
To help ourselves get beyond reacting and instead into responses that reflect what we truly want, we need to hit pause.
We need to build in a pause between what we're presented with and how we respond. This pause point gives us the space to decide. It gives us a chance to hear ourselves. It gives us a way to assess what it is we truly want and how we want to communicate it.
This 5.5 min video shares ways to build in that pause. It also introduces our new course, Drop the Need to People Please. To learn more or enroll, schedule a confidence consultation. We'll share how you can access the course as a part of being a coaching client.

Letting Go of Guilt
Guilt doesn't need to be our default. There is another way. But if we're not clear on why we default to guilt in the first place, it can be hard to break this pattern.
In this video, I share why we often default to guilt and what we can realize to release this pattern.
Divine v Ego Timing
The timing we set with our mind isn't always aligned with divine timing.
Here's what this looks like: We have an idea of when we'll accomplish something, or we set a meeting to occur at a specific time, and yet, it may not happen that way. This can leave us frustrated. But it doesn't have to.
Because divine timing (in other words, reality) is always there to serve us. We may not see it just yet. And it may not be the timing we want. But it happens that way at that time for our benefit.
So let's align to divine timing. Let's use the ego and the mind to plan and keep us motivated and moving, but let's not require things to have to happen that way.
Instead let's trust that the actual timing that results (as in, when our goal is actually achieved, or when that meeting actually happens) is divine-led and happening for us.
This 7.5 minute video clarifies how to do this. It distinguishes divine from ego timing and shares how we can use both to move forward, in collaboration with each other.
We don't have to feel like we're fighting reality when timing doesn't work out. We can keep ourselves motivated as we trust in divine timing to be there for us.
