Unconditional Self Acceptance

This week is all about What, Why, and How to create unconditional self acceptance - even for our Inner Judger.

We'll start with this video that articulates what we mean by the word "unconditional".

Then in the other videos for this week, we'll dive into how to create this type of acceptance for our Inner Judger.

Why Accept the Inner Judger

This video may be a bit alarming. Because in it, I describe why we really want to accept the Inner Judger. You may resist this idea. Because you may have already decided you really don't like that Judger and there's no way you want to be okay with the Judger being there. I hear you. And I'm also here to offer you some relief. Because when we accept the Judger, the frustration diminishes. The hate dissipates. And it allows room for healing, love, growth. That's why this video is so important. It may not be what you want to hear - but I have a hunch it's exactly what you need to hear to move forward.

How to Accept the Inner Judger

This is my favorite concept to teach. Because it is the number one tool that shifted my own self confidence. I still use it when I need a reminder. I strongly encourage you to keep this video in mind as a go-to for referencing when that Inner Judger is rampant. In the immediate, this video will help create calm, compassion, and quiet. In the long term, the impact is your Inner Judger quiets. You learn to use the Judger for you, not against you. You create understanding with yourself. And the judgment falls away. We may never fully rid ourselves of the Judger - but this videos shows us that we don't have to.

Does your brain dwell in worst case land? It isn't necessarily a bad thing - when we use it to help us create self confidence, and not as a weapon to make ourselves fearful, stuck, and hesitant to show up. This video shows you how to take the worst case, and use it as a tool for growth, acceptance, and self confidence.
